Our wooden kitchen culinaries are crafted from high-quality, natural materials. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in texture, grain, or finish may occur, which are considered natural and not defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) by default. For international customers, payments can be made in USD or other major currencies through secure international payment gateways. We comply with RBI and FEMA guidelines for all foreign transactions. Taxes, duties, and currency conversion fees (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed once payment is received. We offer domestic and international shipping. Estimated delivery timelines and shipping charges will be provided during checkout. All orders are packed securely to meet international packaging and customs standards.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted for damaged or defective products reported within 48 hours of delivery. Products must be unused and returned in original packaging. Refunds will be processed as per Indian consumer laws after inspection and verification.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your data is handled as per the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
