1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Before Shipment

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched, whichever comes first. If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be processed.

1.2 After Shipment

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible to return the item under our Return Policy if the product meets the conditions for return (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refund

A refund will be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The product is defective, damaged during transit, or not as described.

  • The product was never delivered or lost in transit.

  • The product delivered was incorrect or incomplete.

  • The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photo or video proof.

Note: The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoices.

2.2 Refund Process

Once your return or cancellation is approved:

  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

  • Processing time is typically 7–10 business days from approval.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a bank account must be provided for refund transfer.

We will notify you via email or phone once your refund has been processed.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Products returned in used, altered, or damaged condition (unless damaged on arrival).

  • Items returned after the 48-hour window without prior approval.

  • Products purchased under clearance or promotional sale.

  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Shipping charges, unless the error was from our end.

4. International Orders

  • Cancellation is not permitted once international orders are dispatched.

  • Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees paid at the destination country are non-refundable.

  • Damaged or incorrect international orders will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and proof must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.
